How DirectionPress handles website information.
This policy describes information collected through the DirectionPress website. Project agreements may add more specific confidentiality, security, retention, or deletion terms.
Information you provide
The project inquiry form asks for contact details and information about a potential publishing or digitization project. Do not submit confidential source material, credentials, payment information, or sensitive personal data through the form.
How information is used
DirectionPress uses inquiry information to review the request, respond, ask follow-up questions, protect the website, and maintain a reasonable record of the conversation. Inquiry information is not sold.
Website infrastructure
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Technical request information may be processed for security, reliability, rate limiting, and operational logging. The project inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It helps protect the form from automated submissions. The site does not intentionally use advertising trackers.
Project materials
Manuscripts, books, scans, datasets, and related materials are handled under the terms agreed for a project. Those terms should identify access, transfer, confidentiality, retention, return, and deletion requirements.
Your requests
You may ask DirectionPress to review, correct, or delete inquiry information, subject to records that must be retained for security, legal, or legitimate business purposes. Use the project inquiry form and select “Something else.”

This page may be updated when the website or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
