Project agreements
Scope, fees, schedules, rights, responsibilities, confidentiality, acceptance criteria, ownership, permitted AI use, and delivery terms must be stated in a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property
DirectionPress owns or uses the website design, copy, and brand materials with permission. Website content may not be republished as another organization's work. Client ownership and licenses are addressed in project agreements.
Rights-cleared material
A client requesting digitization or AI data preparation is responsible for confirming that it owns or has secured the rights required for the proposed work and use.
